Sync date and time with your phone
When NAVO W1 is paired with a phone, the watch automatically syncs the date and time from the phone. This overwrites the watch date and time, including a time you set manually.
If the synced date or time is incorrect, check the date and time settings on your phone.
Automatic GPS date and time
Without phone pairing, NAVO W1 sets the date and local time automatically when golf mode receives a GPS signal.
Check daylight saving time
If GPS time is off by one hour, check the DST setting first. DST adds +1 hour to the GPS time.
The time shown on the watch does not change immediately when you turn DST on. Start golf mode and wait for a GPS signal. The watch will apply the +1-hour adjustment when it receives the GPS time.
- Open Settings.
- Scroll down to Time Settings.
- Turn DST on only when your local time is observing daylight saving time.
Set the time manually
If GPS time is still incorrect, you can set the watch time manually from Time Settings.
This documented manual option changes the time. The date is received automatically from the paired phone or GPS. Phone sync will overwrite a manually set time.
- Open Settings.
- Scroll down to Time Settings.
- Set Auto Time to OFF.
- Press Manual Time.
- Follow the steps on the watch to set the current time.
