NAVO W1 lasts more than two full rounds of golf on a single charge, with up to 12 days of standby.
Check your battery level
The watch battery icon gives a good visual estimate of the current level. The watch does not display a numeric percentage. To see the battery percentage, open the NAVO app and look near the Bluetooth logo at the top of the main dashboard.
Outside golf mode, swipe left to right from the clock screen to open Quick Settings. The battery icon is in the top-left corner. During a round, it is in the top-left corner of the main golf screen.
Charge your watch
If the watch will not turn on
Press and hold the crown button to turn it on. A short press wakes an already powered-on watch.
If it does not respond, connect the charger and let it charge before trying again. Check that the contacts are dry and clean, the charger sits flat, and the USB power source works.
If the watch still does not charge or turn on, contact support and describe what happens when the charger is connected.
Battery care
A full charge is best done before a round. If you are storing the watch, top it up every few weeks to keep the battery healthy.
Avoid charging in extreme heat or cold and keep the charging contacts clean and dry.
