Work through these checks before reporting an incorrect course distance.
Start hereStay at the same position while comparing distances.
- Check the hole. Read the hole number at the top right of the distance screen. Swipe up or down to select the correct hole if needed.
- Check GPS. Stay outdoors with a clear view of the sky and allow the position to settle.
- Turn Slope off. Press the crown, then choose Settings → Golf Settings → Slope Mode → OFF and confirm.
- Compare like for like. Use the same location, the same units (yards or meters), and the same target. The middle distance is to the green center, which may differ from the flag.
Does switching Slope off fix it?
If yes: keep Slope off for standard GPS distances and report the Slope discrepancy, with the course and hole details.
If no: install any available course update and check again.
Report a distance that is still incorrect
Include the exact course name and location, the affected hole numbers, where you were standing, your units, and what you compared. A photo of the course scorecard or the watch reading can help. Mention whether Slope was on or off.
Report incorrect course data or contact NAVO support for help with Slope or the watch.
