Support Documentation
Setup guides, feature tutorials, and troubleshooting resources for NAVO W1.
Connect your NAVO W1 to the NAVO app
We recommend connecting your watch after purchase. A connected watch helps with:
- Automatic warranty registration linked to your app email account
- Course updates
- Firmware updates
- Faster customer support
Your phone is not required while playing. The app is only used for updates and account services.
Download the NAVO app
Install the app, sign in, and connect your NAVO W1 to keep your watch current.
Warranty Registration
Your NAVO W1 warranty can be automatically associated with your account when you sign in to the NAVO app and connect your watch.
We recommend connecting your watch after purchase to simplify future support and warranty verification.
Distance Accuracy Troubleshooting
For the best distance experience, we recommend connecting your NAVO W1 to the NAVO app and installing the latest course updates before your next round.
If you do not have time to update before playing, prefer not to connect the app before the round, or if distances still appear unusually high or inconsistent on some holes, try turning Slope Mode OFF:
Settings → Golf Settings → Slope Mode → OFF
With Slope Mode OFF, the watch displays standard GPS distances to the front, middle, and back of the green.
